About the Donation Drive
This Christmas, the Generation of Honor Foundation is organizing a province-wide holiday donation drive to support BC Children’s Hospital and help bring warmth, comfort, and joy to children spending the holiday season in medical care.
With chapter school clubs across BC and community volunteers, we are collecting toys, books, art supplies, and comfort items to deliver directly to BC Children’s Hospital before Christmas Day.
We are collecting new, unused, and hospital-approved items only:
Accepted Items:

Toys (non-violent, no sharp edges)
-
Books (Board books, school-aged books, novels, spot the difference books, comics, graphic novels.)

Art supplies (coloring books, crayons, markers)
-
Sketchbooks
-
Puzzles, brain-teaser games
Not Accepted:
-
No used or handmade items (including handmade plushies)
-
No gift wrapping
-
No toys with weapons or violent themes
-
No food or scented products
-
No delivering gifts directly to patients
**Items not suitable for the hospital may be redirected to partner charities**
Neighborhood Donation Drive (Community Collection Event)
Date: December 14th, 2025
Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Location: 4th & Maple Plaza (KitsCommon Plaza)
Description:
Generation of Honor will primarily be collecting new, hospital-approved toys, books, art supplies, and comfort items through our school chapters this year. A small neighborhood outreach team may also operate on December 14, depending on weather and volunteer capacity. If active, volunteers will focus on engaging residents and offering the option to contribute through tap-to-donate support. All collected items will be delivered to BC Children’s Hospital on December 14.
School Collection (For Students Only — Not Open to Public)
Date: Monday to Friday, December 8th–12th, 2025
Time: During school hours
Access: Only current students may donate at school collection points. Collection Spots will be posted via our Instagram. The public cannot drop off items at schools.

Letter of Appreciation for Donors
Everyone who donates to the Generation of Honor Christmas Collection Donation Drive is eligible to receive an official Letter of Appreciation from the Generation of Honor Foundation. This letter recognizes your generosity, contribution, and support for BC Children’s Hospital.
